Castrol GTX hands over Castrol branded container to Durban mechanic
Castrol Southern Africa today celebrated a story of grit, craft and community as it officially handed over a fully branded Castrol GTX container to Durban’s Ntokozo Miya of Lotus Park — the winner of the nationwide “Stand a Chance to Win with All‑New GTX” competition. The prize is a 6m/20ft Castrol branded container with signage, to assist Miya to use the container to further enhance his operations.
According to Miya, winning the prize is nothing short of life changing for him and his family: ‘It makes me believe in myself and in opportunities for us as entrepreneurs. It motivates me to keep on pushing and I am so grateful to Castrol for choosing me as the winner of this competition.’
The handover follows the recent launch of new Castrol GTX variants and a campaign that invited mechanics nationwide to enter via qualifying GTX purchases and WhatsApp submissions.
