These include two large-format laminators and two Summa cutters, one of
which is a flatbed model for the cutting of rigid substrates.
Manny commented, ‘Not only have we been able to expand our business
on the Fineline Design side through the inclusion of new products, but also
on the Wrap Vehicles side of our business as well. There have also been
new substrates launched which have allowed us to improve the user- and
environmental-friendliness of our printed materials. HP, as well as Avery
Dennison and 3M, some of our biggest suppliers, have all released PVC-free
vinyls and substrates which means that we are using safe inks on safe and
environmentally-friendly substrates making them easier to recycle. This has
meant that we are able to meet the demands of more and more companies
with strict eco-friendly policies.’
He added, ‘Our use of these products has had a strong influence on our
business and we have gained a reputation both for quality and for being
eco-friendly, which has attracted a lot of business from discerning clients.
Many of our corporate clients make use of our service both in their offices
for wallpapers and in their retail environments with point-of-sale materials.
On the Wrap Vehicles side we are often commissioned to handle the more
exotic vehicles for full custom wraps or colour-change wraps. We even offer
additional services and products such as Hexis Bodyfence which protects
either the paintwork or the newly wrapped vehicle.’
Wrap Vehicles currently processes as many as 200 vehicles per month.
This will be a combination of full wraps and vehicle or fleet branding.
Fineline Design and Wrap Vehicles are situated in Laser Park, Honeydew.
