RPI Honors Lianne Booth of Achievement Awards Group with Recognition Champion Award
Lianne Booth of Achievement Awards Group was awarded the Recognition Champion Award by Recognition Professionals International (RPI) at the recent Incentive Marketing Association – IMA Summit Awards program held in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Lianne, who is part of the strategy management office at Achievement Awards Group, brings the prestigious award home to South Africa in recognition for her exemplary work in leading employee recognition, reward and engagement at Achievement Awards Group.
Lianne was nominated for the Recognition Champion Award following the conceptualisation, implementation and ongoing execution of a highly successful employee recognition program – “achieve” – for Achievement Awards Group’s 320 employees, nearly half of which work in their customer call centre.
The “achieve” recognition program, under Lianne’s direction, won two prestigious, international awards in 2022 – “Best Recognition Program” at the IA22 event in London and the “Pinnacle Award” for demonstrating best practice in all seven program categories, by Recognition Professionals International (RPI) in the USA.
