Tecnotree is Shortlisted in Two Categories for the TM Forum Excellence Awards 2021
Tecnotree, the global Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) provider, announced that it has been nominated for the acclaimed TM Forum Excellence Awards in two categories, namely “Digital Experience & Trust” and “The Human Factor”. TM Forum has been recognising exceptional contributions made by companies towards innovative, agile and customer centric digital transformation since 2007.
The nomination under the category “Digital Experience & Trust” highlights Tecnotree’s unique partnership with MTN-Uganda in the sphere of Digital Loyalty Management. The flagship program called “Senkyu” literally meaning “Thank You” is a large-scale initiative of the operator to reward its subscribers who have been instrumental in making MTN the number-1 operator in the country. Tecnotree’s Digital Loyalty Manager is at the heart of this project capturing the pulse of the customer by offering services beyond traditional data and talk-time to offer payments using fungible points with a mobile wallet integration.

Tecnotree secured it’s second nomination under the category “The Human Factor” for delivering “One-Tecnotree” experience to its customers despite harsh global lockdowns, while maintaining strong focus on employee wellbeing. A digitally connected campaign that gradually created a cultural and mindset shift to motivate employees, developed into an emotional connect that embedded the “One-Tecnotree Brand” and Tecnotree’s corporate values in every action and interaction across global functions.
