Shuaib Hassen appointed consumer account manager at Epson South Africa
Epson South Africa is thrilled to announce Shuaib Hassen as its newly appointed consumer account manager, which will involve managing the accounts within the ISER EXPERT group. Hassen’s post will entail growing these accounts and introducing them to the Epson consumer range.
‘We are glad to have Shuaib in this new role and, given his longstanding experience with Epson and its partners, he is sure to make an invaluable contribution to the group,’ said Timothy Thomas, Epson South Africa’s consumer sales manager. ‘His consistency in meeting targets and developing thorough account plans for clients, coupled with his ability to identify business opportunities aligned with our overall vision, makes him the ideal addition to the team.’
He spent four years working as a call centre agent for PartServe Channel Support, a company outsourced by Epson, before being promoted to an account manager. The latter saw him managing resellers and assisting with driving sales and maximising the Epson brand. Hassen is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Business Management, at the University of South Africa.
‘I am certainly looking forward to taking on this new post and am optimistic about the trajectory of the company with me on board,’ Hassen said about his new role.
