Amendment of Markex 2015 Dates

Specialised Exhibitions has announced that due to forces beyond its control, the dates for the Markex 2015 show have been brought forward by one week. Markex 2015 will now take place from 2 to 4 June 2015, at the Sandton Convention Centre.

The reason for moving the dates is due to the 25th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU Summit), which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre over the second week in June this year, meaning that for protocol and security reasons, the halls and other meeting rooms may not be shared by other shows or delegates. Said Gary Corin, managing director of Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery, ‘Fortunately, we still have 10 weeks to go before the Markex 2015 expo, so your plans should already be shifting into high gear. Please ensure that all of your staff and suppliers, like stand builders, are aware of the new dates and take note of the revised deadlines.

•Your event guide details must be handed in by Monday 30 March.
•The deadline for completed service forms is 12 May.
•Information for press releases and e-zines can be forwarded to Nicola@pr.co.za between now and the show.
•Stand build up for space only exhibitors will take place on Saturday 30 May and for all exhibitors on Sunday 31 May.

Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery will be recalling all Markex 2015 promotional marketing collateral and replacing it with the new Markex dates.Online visitor registration is up-and-running, so please assist us by notifying your guests and directing them to www.markex.co.za to ensure that they receive their badges for entry in good time.
